Day 3 of our exposure trip in Ilocos and we woke up early and packed our things because we are moving to our new hotel which is way, way better than the first hotel we are staying. But unfortunately, I wouldn't get to sleep with my group because the group arrangement was back at the usual but it's okay since I get to join them before we all sleep! hehehe! anyways, we were told that breakfast is at 7am and the arrival was 8:30am for our first destination.
Our first destination for the day was at Juan Luna's house. We were accompanied by one guide and showed us the whole house. The house was filled was so much history. Juan Luna's paintings, siblings, relics which have been preserved through centuries. Also, the house was astonishing to the fact that it has been built for decades and for the natives of Ilocos to regain the whole structure is amazing.
After visiting Juan Luna's house, we also went to see Mr. Ferdinand Marcos' Museum which from there we saw the different people, places and events on which Mr. Ferdinand Marcos' has been involved for the past years with his loving wife, Mrs. Imelda Marcos. We also have seen his place on where he rest and we were told not to take pictures and we have also been in there home which is a very big and peaceful place.
After our tour in the Marcos' house, our next destination was the Cornick Manufacturer in Ilocos. Ilocos is one of the best producers of Cornick and they also sell at a very affordable price. They have plain garlic and cheese flavors! The tour at their place was that short they just showed us technically the place where they cook and all the other technical stuffs at cooking. They didn't showed how which is quite disappointing. I guess they have their secret way on how to make cornick.
After the 3 destinations we've had our tour facilitator told us that we are going to stop by and eat at La Preciosa which they served buffet Ilocano dishes. I only remembered one dish but all the food they served was great although I didn't came back for more just to be sure with my system. Hahaha! I don't want to be the cause of delay, ya know?!!! Sorry I didn't get to have a picture because I was busy eating and after we ate we all get in the bus. So yeah.
After we ate we went to our next to our two and last destinations for the day before checking in at our hotel which was Fort Ilocandia. A very luxurious hotel known in Ilocos plus they served a very fantastic meal! although I don't get to eat a lot. It's just so frustrating! Hahaha! anyways, back to our last two destinations for the day which by the way I forgot the name of the house and the Church.
