Yes. It's possible to lie without saying a word. By means of body language we can agree or beg to disagree right? or some head and hand movements could do and could be a little tricky sometimes. Even though you don't say a word people could notice if there's something wrong about you because sometimes most of the time, actions speaks louder than words. But sometimes people don't usually get the idea.
Sometimes you they have to confront you or talk to you first because it's still the best way to know the reason behind all your actions. Not just guessing or judging anyone whom you never met. Because if you do that some people may take it for granted and sometimes they doesn't like the fact that they're being talked about. Because gossips are not good and talk is cheap so yeah. Manage to talk sometime and stop judging. As they say, don't judge the book by it's cover.
