last week the Department of Tourism had launched the newest "tagline" of our country which was "It's more fun in the Philippines" and the said tagline had earned different criticisms and became a trending topic on twitter. Some said that we only copied it concept from the country of Switzerland which had eventually used the "tagline" "It's more fun than Switzerland".
But the Department of Tourism's Secretary, Mr. Ramon Jimenez said that It's not really the concept of the other country that was they're going to apply but on how us Filipino's viewed ourselves and our country. He said that it was unintentional because it's really given that we Filipino's when it comes to our country is always fun.
Here are some reason/s why it's more fun in the Philippines. And why you should be proud to be a Filipino.
