“I thought I understood it, that I could grasp it, but I didn’t, not really. Only the smudgeness of it; the pink-slippered, all-containered, semi-precious eagerness of it. I didn’t realize it would sometimes be more than whole, that the wholeness was a rather luxurious idea. Because it’s the halves that halve you in half. I didn’t know, don’t know, about the in-between bits; the gory bits of you, and the gory bits of me.”
- Anna (Felicity Jones)
Anna just said the best line in the film! this was the part of the film that Jacob asked her to read what she wrote. The photo actually doesn't really suits the caption. Haha! sorry for that! :) I find the film a bit sad like it was a reality check for lover out there. first of all I actually think that the storyline of the film was actually a bit similar to Nicholas Spark's Dear John which I've watched a lot of times. And I think that its somehow similar but I honestly loved the film. The cuteness of the couples (Jacob and Anna) they were like real couples! Its like they've been together for years.
The film showed to me that when you're in a relationship it is really hard for the both of you to just be thousand miles away from each other. We all need somebody, we do have our necessities as a person because we are sometimes tempted to do things that aren't right and at the end will bring us pain. But I also think that If you really love somebody and even though its really hard for you to be alone. Think about it, because at the end you might realize that its all worth the wait.
Also I love Anna's accent! Haha! I want to have that accent! Huhuhu :( and also I found the poster of this video few months ago in Tumblr and I was telling myself that I would download and watch it because its all about love. Haha! I'm happy that I had to watched this few days ago :) Also I loved the part that when Anna get to read what she wrote to Jacob the part when she said " Because its the halves that halve you in half"! Haha! and then after she finished reading what she wrote, Jacob said that he loved that part also. Haha! what a coincidence! lol.
